Return and Exchange Policy
Committed to your satisfaction, we outline our return and exchange policy below:
-
1. Return/Exchange Period
The customer may return or exchange the part within 7 days of purchase, provided the original invoice is presented.
-
2. Conditions for Acceptance
The part must be:
- Unused and not installed.
- In its original condition.
- In its original packaging (if any).
- Free from scratches, breakage, damage, or signs of installation.
-
3. Electrical & Electronic Parts
Electrical and electronic parts cannot be returned or exchanged once they leave the center — including sensors, ECUs, alternators, starters, fuel pumps, control modules, and others — unless a clear manufacturing defect is found after technical inspection.
-
4. Special/Special-Order Parts
Parts specially ordered for a customer cannot be returned or exchanged, unless the wrong part was delivered or an error was made by the center.
-
5. Installed or Used Parts
No part that has been installed or used may be returned or exchanged, unless it is under warranty as stated on the invoice and a manufacturing defect is confirmed after inspection.
-
6. Warranty
Some parts include a warranty depending on the part type and manufacturer. The original invoice must be kept to benefit from warranty coverage. The warranty does not cover misuse, incorrect installation, accidents, or failures caused by another issue in the vehicle.
-
7. Refund Method
If the return is approved, the amount will be refunded using the same payment method or per the center's policy, after the part has been inspected and verified to meet the conditions.
-
8. Customer Responsibility
The customer is responsible for verifying the part number and its compatibility with the vehicle before purchase. Our team can assist with matching based on the VIN or sample, but the final decision depends on the accuracy of the information provided.
